NOTES:

1. The above table is to be used for preliminary sizing of single-span external Rokcore wall panels For final panel dimensions and details, refer to your Bradcore representative

2. Interpolation between spans and support widths is permitted

3. Design Ultimate Wind Pressures (includes net pressure coefficients and local pressure factor)

4. Spans are based on maximum deflection limit of Span/180 (For actual deflection refer to your Bradcore representative)

5. Design Serviceability Wind Pressures used to calculate deflections are based on 0.67xDesign Ultimate Wind Pressure

6. Spans limited to maximum 12.0m

7. Temp Gradient (dark colour external steel skin): Summer (55°C) Winter (20°C) Note - Greater spans may be achieved with light coloured external steel skin

8. Steel skins: 0.6mm (external) 0.5mm (internal)

9. Figures in brackets are the minimum required wall panel support width

10.For project specific requirements, refer to your Bradcore representative

Example:

External wall cladding using Dark Silver colour. 75C core 100mm thick panel (75C100 type).
Design Ultimate Wind Pressure (suction on panel) = 2.4 kPa

From table above, Max allowable span =4.4m with support width for panel 50mm minimum.
Design Ultimate Wind Pressure (pressure on panel) = 1.6 kPa

From table above, Max allowable span =4.7m with support width for panel 50mm minimum

Choose smallest span i.e 4.4m with 50mm support width. This span gives a panel deflection that will not exceed 26mm (i.e 4700/180)
