Rokcore can be installed horizontally, vertically and even diagonally. The panels are end fixed with no sub frame support required in between. Self drilling screws are used (supplied with the panels) to fix the panels to the structure. This leads to reduced framing, quicker installation, ease of handling and lower overall costs.
Rokcore panels are pre-painted with high quality durable PVDF paint over a hot-dipped galvanised and primed surface. The panels are relatively simple and light weight materials to use in comparison with other building materials such as precast concrete.
No plastering, rendering or painting is required as the panel is pre-painted in the factory, reducing total construction time and the number of trades on site.
The vertical female joint of the Rokcore panels already has the “O” seal gasket inserted at the factory both on the internal and external joints. This ensures an air and water tight seal between panels. |
