A fire can affect more than life and property.  It can destroy a business due to loss of stock and capital equipment, lost production and lost earnings.  It can also result in higher insurance premiums. Rokcore panels are used across the industrial market, including in warehouses and factories as external fire walls, internal fire walls and ceilings. 

With fire resistance of up to 4 hours the panel system is classified Building Code of AUSTRALIA Group 1.  FM Global Class 1 certification is pending.

In additional to fire safe solutions, Rokcore also provides acoustic and hygiene systems developed for internal walls and ceilings in industrial applications.

The Acoustic system is used where special sound absorption or sound insulation is required such as machine rooms or control rooms. A 100mm acoustic panel with the perforated panel steel facing with 30% open area on one side, can provide 50% to 70% sound absorption across the frequency range.

The Hygiene system is used in food processing, packaging and storage areas.   Rokcore hygiene panels provide an easy to clean, smooth and strong finished surface for walls and ceilings.
